Hermann & Audrey was established in 2009 as a Creative House and collective of artists and producers. Out of Studios in the heart of Toronto at King West at Portland, Dundas West, Queen West on Ossington, and in Chicago at Lacuna Artist Lofts in Pilsen, the collective delivered compelling contemporary experiences and catalyzed the intersection of art, commerce and community.  Hermann & Audrey officially operated as a cultural agency producing: commercial photography and video, branded + public artworks, festival design, creative placemaking, culture-based content and experiential marketing programs for tier 1 brands, as well as community development initiatives. 

As Co-Founder & Agency Director, Jacq defined the Hermann & Audrey creative agency business model, brand personality, market position strategy and led on non-linear marketing initiatives throughout 7 years in operation (2009-2016). In charge of business development, Jacq developed top-tier brand client relationships, high value artist commissions, catalyzed public art installations, brand engagement and notable philanthropy. Beyond Toronto, created new business opportunity in Montreal, London, Chicago and NYC. Hermann & Audrey served clients such as L'Oréal, Samsung, Aldo, lululemon, H&M, NXNE, DHL, Heineken, Air Canada, MTV, Molson Coors, Oxford Properties, and Hullmark Developments.

Photography & Motion: Hermann & Audrey was a team of award-winning contemporary photographers, videographers and senior producers creating commercial photography and motion work for brands, agencies and celebrity. Public Art Projects & Cultural Happenings: In pursuit of stimulating community engagement and cultural awareness, Hermann & Audrey partnered like-minded creatives, brands and at times public institutions; to initiate and foster the way public spaces are used and transformed. Hermann & Audrey worked with public spaces, real estate developers and institutions to develop cultural programs and spectacles to attract and retain target audiences while contributing to the cultural fabric of cities. Art & Commerce: Through building content and experiences that audiences seek out, Hermann & Audrey created a meaningful and authentic connection between brand and audience.  Curating & building exhibitions and experiential programs for our clients and partner artists spanned 8 years and with highlights such as NXNE Art, A Love Letter to the Great Lakes, RENT VHS, CONTACT Photography Festival . Weaving brand objectives and values into art experience and spectacle were seamless and welcome as it respected the public and the artists involved. Storytelling, media relations, and press mentions were 100% earned.
