Let’s Talk About Placemaking is a landmark national publication produced with the Canadian Urban Institute and Community Foundations of Canada. Conceived as both a vision and a collective conversation, it brought together insights from 100 of Canada’s most respected practitioners to map the role of placemaking in strengthening communities, culture, and public life.
As Editor and promotional lead, Jacquelyn shaped the framework of the bilingual publication project, curated voices from across the country, and wove their perspectives into a definitive resource for the field. Beyond the page, she spearheaded its launch through talks, events, and conferences, positioning placemaking as a driving force in the future of Canadian city-building.
